To support our objectives, the management of New Competitive Drilling are committed to providing the necessary resources and tools to personnel to assist them to undertake their activities safely. Such resources are planned, managed and provided via the New Competitive Drilling Work Health and Safety Management System (WHSMS).
Our System is based on AS4801:2001 Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems. The WHSMS framework is made up of a number of layers with the components consisting of Policy, Management and Hazard Standards, Work Procedures and Tools.
Employees and contractors across all levels of New Competitive Drilling are encouraged to provide input into the effectiveness of the WHSMS and have a responsibility and accountability to ensure the provided systems documents are used and monitored in order to provide feedback for improvement of the system.
